◆ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

◆ GENERAL TERMS

- The “Client” refers to the user of the Services provided under this Agreement.
- In the event that the Client does not consent to this Agreement. the Client shall not be entitled to use the Services, and shall immediately lose all rights to the usage of the artwork and will be blacklisted from commissioning the artist again.
- The final product is for personal and non-commercial use only. Rights must be purchased for commercial use.
- The client is responsible to cover Ko-fi / Paypal transaction fees.
- I accept Payment methods via Ko-fi & Paypal only.
- Tips are very welcome!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Clients are recommended to cancel commission orders before the artist begins work on the piece.
- Full refunds will not be guaranteed once the commission has started. Depending on the progress of the piece, a percentage of the payment will be returned.
- In the event that the artist cancels the commission, a full refund will be granted.
- Strictly no chargebacks without prior confirmation and discussion.

◆ COPYRIGHT USAGE

- I reserve the right to modify, amend, and update the Content and the Services at any time and for any reason.
- I reserve the right to show previews of any commission on my social media unless client states otherwise.
- I am allowed to post the finished piece, signed and at a lower resolution to my social media or as samples of my work on my carrd unless client states otherwise. Client may choose a date when I can publish the samples.
-Clients may: make personal merch , print, use the artwork for display, avatar, icon, social media banner, and phone/desktop wallpaper, video edits, photo edits, GIFs etc. for personal use.
- Clients may NOT: Repaint over the artwork (e.g. removing watermarks and signatures). Take credit for the artwork, distribute and reproduce the artwork for any commercial purposes unless paid for commercial rights or use the artwork for anything AI, NFT, or Crypto related.
_{/!\ Violations of these terms will have the client lose all rights to the usage of the artwork and will be blacklisted from commissioning the artist again.}

◆ WORK PROCESS

1. - 100% upfront payment. Before or after final sketch for rendered pieces. I will start coloring the commission once it is fully paid. Pieces will be finished up to 4-8 days after initial payment or longer depending on the queue and complexity.
2. Rough sketch/es will be sent for approval, changes allowed.
3. Cleaner sketches/color sketches will be sent as work progresses (depends on comm) for the client to approve and request small changes.
4. For rendered pieces major revisions are only allowed during the sketching phase. Small changes are allowed such as: adjusting small accessories, changing colors, tweaking small details etc.
Any bigger changes will be charged. These changes may incur additional fees, which will be discussed beforehand.
5. The final piece can be sent via Google Drive/Mail/Discord/Twitter DMs to your specified liking in PNG format.

Additional fees may be added such as:- If you need me to meet a certain deadline there will be a rush fee (+25%)
-Any more than 2 characters will have a (+70%) for additional characters.
-Requested Watermark Removal (+20%)
-Commercial use (+300%)

◆ COMMERCIAL

- Commercial works will be charged +300% on top of the final price.
- Commercial use includes but is not limited to:
• art for monetized youtube channel
• art used for streams
• mass distributed art prints
• usage on any type of merch
• promotional content
• business profiles
• game art
